Welcome to Coursery Media! We’re excited to help you grow your business with our Virtual Assistance and GoHighLevel (GHL) VA services. These Terms of Service outline what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when working together. By using our services, you agree to these terms.


1. Services We Provide

Coursery Media offers virtual assistance and digital support services to coaches and business owners. Our services include, but are not limited to:

General VA Support (admin tasks, scheduling, invoicing, email management, LinkedIn outreach, content support, etc.)GHL & Technical VA Services (CRM management, workflow automation, lead follow-ups, social content scheduling, podcast editing, video editing, graphic design, etc.)

We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice, and we do not guarantee specific business results.


2. Payment & Billing

✅Flexible VA Plans: We offer hour-based VA packs (10, 20, 30, or 40 hours per week).

✅No Contracts: Use your hours as needed, and we’ll notify you when it’s time to renew.

✅Expiration Policy: VA hours must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.

✅Payments: All services must be paid in full upfront before work begins.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final . If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve them.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth working relationship, we ask that you:

✅Provide clear instructions and necessary information for tasks.

✅Respond to our requests for approvals or feedback in a timely manner.

✅Understand that delays in communication may impact deadlines.


4. Integrity & Work Ethics

At Coursery Media, we operate with honesty, integrity, and trust.

We don’t micromanage our team, and we expect mutual respect and professionalism in all interactions.Our VAs take ownership of their work, ensuring quality and efficiency without the need for time trackers.We reserve the right to decline projects or discontinue services if we encounter unethical business practices.


5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and will never share, sell, or misuse your business data. However, we may need access to platforms, accounts, or documents to complete assigned tasks.

It is the client’s responsibility to:

✅Provide necessary login details securely (we recommend using a password-sharing tool).

✅Remove our access once services are completed.


6. Service Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or availability as needed. If a VA becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and provide a suitable replacement.


7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for:

✅ Any business losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.

✅Technical issues, platform downtimes, or third-party software malfunctions.

✅Client errors or delays that impact project completion.

Our role is to support and streamline your operations, but ultimate responsibility for business outcomes remains with you.


8. Termination of Services

You may discontinue services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused hours. We reserve the right to terminate services if:

✅There is a breach of professionalism or unethical behavior.

✅The scope of work significantly changes beyond what was originally agreed.


9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Republic of The Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
